This leading international automotive electrical supply company approached us to conduct a comprehensive audit of its talent management processes and tools. Our holistic analysis was structured around the following elements impacting talent: employer branding, market approach to recruitment, selection techniques, performance management, compensation, internal talent identification, talent development, and corporate culture and values.
For each of these chapters, an analysis and recommendations were provided.
We then developed an action plan based on 9 themes covering all of the topics mentioned, and supported them in their implementation.
