A world-renowned financial institution contacted us to conduct a detailed study of its Benefits at the international level. First, we made a precise inventory, by country, of all available Benefits. We then compared all these fringe benefits with available market data to map the different benefits against the competition. Coupled with a survey of employee satisfaction with their Benefits, we were finally able to draw up a global and detailed picture of the internal positioning (perceived value) and external positioning (competitiveness) of each element. The company thus has all the necessary information to build a real international compensation policy.
