A para-public company active in infrastructure management asked us to audit two departments where there was a presumption of mobbing. To do so, we set up an audit protocol and interviewed more than twenty people in confidential one-on-one sessions, on all dimensions related to potential mobbing.
We also consulted a plethora of documents and e-mails to obtain the most factual information possible on the cases in question. A detailed report, a presentation of the results, conclusions and proposals for solutions were then delivered to the Board of Directors.
