Presentation

The objective of this mandate was to develop and introduce a new long-term incentive plan for a Swiss-based energy company with numerous subsidiaries on all continents. This project, very sensitive for the retention of the company’s executives and key people, was carried out in several steps:

  • detailed analysis of the current plan
  • precise definition of the strategic objectives of the new plan
  • review of market practices, in general and specific to the industry in question
  • selection of the best option with analysis of risks and opportunities
  • design of the new retention plan
  • cost simulation
  • new process mapping, implementation and communication
