UEFA mandated us to take on the role of HR mentor in Europe. We have accompanied a large number of National Federations to provide them with the benefit of our HR expertise on a range of exciting topics: performance management, talent management, organization, culture and values, recruitment, remuneration, employee handbook, work from home, etc. We were also the HR manager for the Football Federations of the Future evaluation processes. We accompanied the national associations in the evaluation of their HR pillar, and in the development of their HR strategy for the coming years.
