A labour court mandated us as an expert to determine the existence of gender-based wage discrimination in the remuneration of a female employee. Compliance with equal pay was verified using the standard analysis tool of the Confederation, Logib Module 2. We harmonized and plausibilized the data provided, taking into account all salary elements (base salary, bonus, long-term incentives and fringe benefits). The analyses checked, for the entire sample, on the basis of a direct mixed-pair comparison, whether a person earns comparatively less than what could be expected in view of his/her function (requirements and responsibilities), personal experience (age, seniority) and education. The differences were quantified and conclusions were drawn on the basis of the analyses carried out.
