We developed and delivered training for all employees and managers of an international NGO that wanted to improve the use of their Performance Evaluation system. Following this intervention, we were mandated to conduct an audit of the current evaluation system and to develop a new tool more appropriate to the company’s reality. The solution adopted and implemented is particularly innovative as it focuses on team performance and personal development while eliminating performance evaluation scales. We can summarize this new philosophy with this sentence: “We don’t measure performance, we manage it”.
