Following the previous mandate to train employees, this international sports organization called on our expertise to fundamentally question its entire HR strategy. To do so, and with the help of a methodology specifically developed by AS-HR, we conducted an audit of all the major HR processes, namely: recruitment, training, salary practices, etc.
By dissecting all the activities of these different processes, we brought our expertise to define their strengths and areas of improvement for each process, the strategic priorities, and a detailed roadmap to activate the sequence of priorities to be implemented.
We then accompanied this organization in the re-definition of the HR IT tools allowing the evolution of the processes, the creation of new staff regulations, and a long-term retention plan, the implementation of a Bel-Etage LPP plan, the introduction of a flexible benefits policy and a new performance evaluation tool, a salary comparison with the market data, and a new bonus policy
